CLYDEUNION Pumps and Bjorge Sign Distribution and Service Agreement

CLYDEUNION Pumps, a global pumping solutions provider, have been supplying pumping equipment to the Norwegian Sector since the mid 1970s. The company was formed in November 2008 when the diverse portfolio of technologies, process knowledge and expertise of both Union Pump and Clyde Pumps came together. CLYDEUNION Pumps incorporates the product heritage of Weir Pumps, Union Pump, Mather & Platt, DB Guinard Pump, David Brown Pumps and many other trusted names.


Today, we are pleased to announce an enhancement to our coverage of the Norwegian market, with the signing of a distribution and service agreement with Bjørge Eureka AS, a subsidiary of Bjørge ASA. The partnership of Bjørge/CLYDEUNION Pumps will provide the territory with complete pumping solutions from the design and manufacture of a quality product to through-life support of these units locally. This will further improve CLYDEUNION Pumps access to new projects and aftermarket opportunities as well as to service its extensive installed base in the Norwegian Continental Shelf.


We are confident this agreement will lead to superior support and product coverage for our important customers in Norway and look forward to a fruitful relationship with Bjørge.
